Measurement and Reporting
All sponsors will receive a post-event report within four (4) weeks of the festival, including estimated attendance, social media reach, sponsor placement photos, and engagement highlights.

Terms and Timeline
- Sponsorship commitments should be finalized by March 31st for full marketing inclusion.
- Artwork and logos must be submitted no later than April 15.
